When to Eat!
You must eat to fit your own lifestyle.  Here is “an example” to follow if you worked a 9 to 5 job or if your day starts at 7am.
8 am: Breakfast
11 am: Snack
1 pm: Lunch
4 pm: Snack
6 pm: Dinner
8 pm: Snack

What to Eat!
*Clean Lean Protein! `Protein…Protein!!!’  Example: Lean Meats, Poultry, Fish, Eggs, Legumes!
*Simple Carbohydrates!  Example: Green Veggies!
*Light Complex Carbohydrates & Fibers!  Example:  Starchy foods, Oatmeal, Bread, Pasta!
*High Fibers! Example: Whole Grains and Cereals!
*Low Fat Dairy! Example: Cottage Cheese & Low fat milk
*Antioxidants: Example:  Fruits!
*Omega Oils: Examples: Oils, Low-Fat Dressings, and other light spreads

Where to Eat!
*Home Cooked meals are the Best!
*Try to avoid high sodium, fried foods and carbonated drinks!
